Official WRD Launch

On 15 June 2005 at 11:00, UNHCR will launch World Refugee Day celebrations with distinguished guests, including Paul Rusesabagina, the true life hero of the film Hotel Rwanda. At that time, UNHCR will also award the winners of the Fifth Annual World Refugee Day Poster Contest. The event will be held at the National Geographic Museum at Explorers Hall, and will be followed by a press conference.
